Midnight Meadow by the Smithsonian Institute for Marcus Fabrics

The Midnight Meadow collection was inspired by one stunning border stripe that was printed, dyed and painted on plain weave cotton fabric, circa 1850-1900. It is currently housed at the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in New York City. Many of the coordinates are pull-outs of this main border stripe as well as other artifacts from the museum, including wallpaper, ceramics and other objects.
