Zen Garden by Frond Design Studios for Northcott Fabrics

"Zen Garden was developed to honor the hard work of my step-dad Dale Bailey. Before he passed away in 2020 he designed and built a beautiful garden that he dubbed The Zen Garden.

This amazing garden features robust hostas, ferns and peppers in spectacular architectural elements. The tin ceiling and the tin roof represent the true metal elements that delight as you walk through the pathways. I felt like this gift he had to make something out of nothing is what we do as quilters. We get to feature the beautiful elements available in fabric collections and accent with the array of scraps we have in our stashes. So we can go from scrap metal to scraps in our fabric collection. I hope you enjoy memories of willow trees and a walk through the garden with me."
