The Language of Color by Chelsea DesignWorks for Studio E Fabrics
Have you ever wondered how artists and designers talk about color? What words and language do they use to describe it? The Language of Color, designed by Chelsea DesignWorks for Studio E Fabrics, combines the words artists use and their definitions with colorful collaged patterns. The assortment includes a 36-inch medallion panel, a wide border stripe, a big dots yo-yo, a chevron, an abstract black and white pattern, paint dabs in two color combinations, a word pattern of color definitions and a script pattern of color words on a black ground. Most of the designs in the collection have pieces of the color definitions pattern as light accents. The palette is in warm and cool colors of magenta, pink, red, orange, yellow, a variety of blues and greens with black and off-white.
